Doris is an accomplished finance and operations leader with over 12 years of C-level experience as COO, CFO, and Interim CEO. She currently serves as Global Head, Finance & Admin at Transform Trade. Doris holds a Master of Commerce in Forensic Accounting from Strathmore University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA-K).
Each team member brings a unique set of professional skills, including expertise in project management, community outreach, fundraising, advocacy.
Specializing in financial analysis, grants management, ERP systems deployment, and strategic planning, Doris has overseen complex, multi-million-dollar grants from donors including USAID, CDC, and major foundations. Her expertise spans budgeting, risk management, donor relations, and audit coordination, driving operational excellence and accountability.
An active member of ICPAK, Doris is passionate about mentoring teams and strengthening governance structures to achieve mission-driven growth and sustainable, measurable impact.
