Antonio Braizeniv is a development strategist with over a decade of leadership in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and community-driven programs across East Africa. He has held senior roles with LVCT Health, the International University of East Africa, and Smoothtel Data Solutions, where he advanced initiatives in institutional strengthening, public health, and community impact.
As CEO of the AASF, Antonio spearheads large-scale greening initiatives that mobilize schools, youth NEETs, and communities toward climate action and carbon sequestration. His portfolio includes the Intra-University Community Policing Program in Uganda, student transfer linkages between Kano State, Nigeria and Uganda, USAID-funded PNS training, and the Empowering Waves Initiative on fisher safety along Lake Victoria. Antonio holds a Bachelor of Development Studies from Makerere University and is a Certified Professional Change Champion (CPCC).
Antonio is the Founder of the Adopt A School Foundation (AASF), where he leads large-scale greening initiatives that mobilize schools, youth NEETs, and communities toward climate action and carbon sequestration. His portfolio of special projects includes the Intra-University Community Policing program in Uganda, a student transfer program linking Kano State in Nigeria with a Ugandan university, Private Sector Condom Audits with SHWAP & ILO, the USAID-funded PNS training, and the Empowering Waves Initiative on fisher safety along Lake Victoria. He has also supported performance contracting obligations for Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs) in Kenya.
Beyond environmental and youth-focused programs, Antonio serves as an advisor to the National Syndemic Diseases Control Council (NSDCC) on condom-based prevention strategies, underscoring his commitment to advancing public health and social equity.
He holds a Bachelor of Development Studies from Makerere University and is a Certified Professional Change Champion (CPCC). A strategist, communicator, and speaker, Antonio is passionate about nurturing change agents, forging partnerships, and delivering mission-focused impact across Africa.
